Our basic Jumpstart, typically completed in 4 to 5 days, includes deployment of Operations Manager in a lab-based proof of concept or limited-production pilot, training boot camp, and installation documentation. Optional services include multi-site deployment, installation of 3rd-party management packs, and cross-platform monitoring for non-Microsoft operating systems.

Methodology and Deliverables

We use a structured delivery framework to enhance your understanding of Operations Manager’s capabilities and ensure a successful engagement. Deliverables included in this offering are as follows:

• Post-Installation Feature Check to verify operation of standard features including proper monitoring of the workloads identified above.
• Training Boot Camp with exercises covering all standard features conducted on your new Operations Manager installation.
